Cost:  $625.  The price includes shared gas and insurance, three nights under a palapa on the beach (add $50 if you'd like to rent one of the two houses), food, three boat dives, a whale shark trip, and six air fills.

Bahia de Los Angeles is an incredible place to visit.  The Sea of Cortez in this area is known for whale sharks, hammerheads, frogfish, large cold water pelagics such as black and orange sea bass, as well as tropical angelfish and spiny puffer fish.  The area here is like no other in the world, as the cold water upwellings and the tropical surface waters come together in it's own unique environmental habitat.
